Pearls of Wisdom in Confidence

Confidence is one of the most underappreciated traits of human nature. When we are feeling unsure, it feels like the world is against you. We are so afraid to make the wrong decision or even worse make a mistake. But when we are confident in ourselves and our abilities, it takes most of the anxiety and fear of making your decision or taking the action.

My secret formula for getting out of your shell, practice being yourself is to know the Pearls of Wisdom being confidence starting within. Love yourself unconditionally, know your core values and have fun!

1. Be Authentically You

Being yourself as the song goes “There is Magic in the Air” that is your magic, which is your secret Sause.

You do not have to be someone else; you are unique one of a kind just like your fingerprint.  You can be a true self-expression of your beautiful, amazing heart.

You are the one person in the world who has everything to achieve your goals and dreams. Start a relationship with yourself.

Look at your core values and principles. Know what your strengths and weakness are and above all have a positive mindset.

You were born with only your unique gifts and talents, the world needs you, be authentically you.

Be You

2. Powerful Habits and Affirmations

When we are happy, and proud we are in our element. When we are comfortable, confident, and approachable we are knowledgeable, and we can say whatever we need to in an instant.

A positive habit is simply a habit that produces positive benefits, actions, and attitudes you want to get and make a part of your life. Because habits, by their very nature, are automatic.

Overtime, they can become permanent. There are articles written on amazing habits, research what you will need to incorporate in your life.

Affirmations is amazing and I do practice it daily, it is a type of positive self-talk, affirmations can help you alter subconscious thoughts.

Repeating a supportive, encouraging phrase gives it power, since hearing something often makes it more likely you’ll believe it.

In turn, your belief makes it more likely you’ll act in ways that make your affirmation become reality.

3. Mindset and Mental Health

As we grow older our brains start to develop different cognitive skills. These skills are necessary for us to understand how others sees us, what we need to do, and not to do.

Your mindset is a set of beliefs that shape how you make sense of the world and yourself. It influences how you think, feel, and behave in any given situation.

Having a growth mindset is the key to your success. That is where confidence will help you as you are believing in your own ability, and that you can learn and improve.

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.

It also helps figure out how we manage stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

According to the World Health Organization mental health is “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.

4. Keeping your own Promise

When we are confident in ourselves, we feel safe and unafraid of what comes next.

We feel as though we’ve been cleansed of all our doubt and insecurity. We know that everything we’ve been through, it was all life lessons, and the future is promising to be far more positive than anything we’ve seen before.

We know that our words have power, but we also know that our actions have power too. If we keep our word, especially toward ourselves, you will do more and more.. and you will love yourself even more in the process.

5. Step out of your Comfort Zone

When you feel like you have been in a box, not going anywhere slowly then you are in your comfort zone.

This can feel a little uncomfortable because you feel as though you have been put in a seat that is too big or small. You have probable feelings of anxiety and stress but if you can hope that you will be okay.

That you have your own wisdom to rely on, you can take a breather and start with the end in mind.

If you have your why and you know what you are going to celebrate to, then you can work your way back, what resources do you need and who will be able to help you.

6. Celebrate Small and Big Milestones

As you get better at being yourself, having confidence in your abilities you realise that the things that make you happy can make other people around you happy.

Small victories are anything you do that aligns with your intentions. They can be related to work, personal or professional relationships, habit changes, and or finances.

Small wins can be easy to gloss over, especially if self-criticism and perfectionism are high on your list.

Celebrating achievement can boost confidence and increase motivation.

7. Dress for Success

Study shows that people who dress better have more confidence, feel more powerful and are focused on details.

More importantly people perceive well-dressed people as leaders and go to the for support at a faster rate.

Ladies put some lipstick on, you are beautiful and even more beautiful with a colour upon your smile.

Confidence I am enough

Conclusion

The most important thing you can do is practice being yourself. You must be comfortable with who you are and what you can bring to the world.
